Teracom TCG210-4 4G Καταγραφικό Θερμοκρασίας και Υγρασίας για IoT

*Προσοχή. Η μπαταρία δεν συμπεριλαμβάνεται στη συσκευασία.

TCG210-4 is a battery-powered 4G parcel temperature and humidity logger with fallback to 2G. It is built for IoT and logistics applications that demand reliable data delivery and extended autonomous operation. The device communicates over HTTP/HTTPS APIs, periodically transmitting a status file in JSON and the most recent records in CSV format to a remote server.
Power is supplied by a non-rechargeable Lithium-thionyl chloride (Li-SOCl₂) battery that enables several months of use without maintenance. The lithium content per cell is below 2 g, making the battery fully compliant with IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (UN 3091, PI 970, Section II) for safe air transport. Its compact and sealed housing protects the electronics during shipment and ensures dependable operation in varying transport conditions.
Thanks to its robust construction and reliable connectivity, TCG210-4 is suitable for temperature and humidity monitoring in sensitive shipments such as pharmaceuticals, food, and other perishable goods. It can also serve as a stand-alone data logger in warehouses, greenhouses, and other controlled environments requiring accurate and consistent climate tracking.

The device automatically connects to the cellular network and securely transmits readings to the cloud at defined intervals. Integration is straightforward through the HTTP/HTTPS interface, while the wide operating range from −20 to 60 °C and 10 to 90% RH (non-condensing) ensures stable performance in both cold-chain and ambient storage conditions.

Features:
• Global 4G LTE connectivity with 2G fallback.
• Long-lasting battery operation for months of autonomous use.
• Intelligent power optimization for minimal energy consumption.
• Integrated high-accuracy temperature and humidity sensor.
• Periodic HTTP/HTTPS data upload to a remote server.
• Remote configuration and control via HTTP API commands.
• Firmware update over-the-air for long-term reliability.
• Compact and lightweight design suitable for air transport.

Applications:
• Pharmaceutical and food logistics – Monitoring of temperature and humidity during transport of medicines and perishable goods.
• Cold chain transport – Reliable tracking of environmental conditions across the delivery process.
• Air cargo monitoring – IATA-compliant design ideal for small parcel shipments by air.
• Warehousing and storage – Climate control tracking in warehouses and distribution centers.
